How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Brothercharlie Septic wants every homeowner to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Brothercharlie Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in the network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, Brothercharlie Septic wants to hear about it. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Brothercharlie Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@brothercharlie.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted Brothercharlie Septic or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

You will get an email confirming receipt, usually within a few business days. Your complaint is then reviewed, which may involve contacting the provider. You will receive a reply describing what was found and any steps being taken.

Still Not Happy?

If the response does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
