Brothercharlie Septic connects homeowners with independent providers. If you run your own septic, sewer or plumbing business, you may be a good fit for our network.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees or crews. We are looking for established local businesses that want to hear from homeowners who need help.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for providers who handle work such as:

• Septic tank pumping and emergency septic cleaning
• Septic system repair and drainfield repair
• Sewer line repair and replacement
• Related work like water well service

You should know your region. Cold winters, frost, spring snowmelt and coastal storms shape this work, and homeowners appreciate a provider who plans around them. Older homes with stone or block foundations are common, so experience with them is a real plus.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed when they reach out. We ask every provider to treat them kindly and honestly. That means:

• Holding the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Explaining the problem in plain language
• Giving written quotes before work starts
• Being upfront about timing, especially when weather affects the job
• Never pressuring a homeowner to decide on the spot

We also ask that you do not promise things you cannot control, such as insurance outcomes.
